This is the honestly one of the best investments I have ever made these recipes are so delicious and packed with flavour, all super high protein and macro friendly. I am in weight loss mode at the moment and I was so overwhelmed with all of the information around meal prepping and counting macros, I brought this instead and decided to pick 2 recipes a week, I make my portions 1 extra than the recipes and add a side of greens and I’m still smashing my protein targets eating delicious food. I have been doing this for 4 months and am down 10kg 😁 and I am not bored of my food or struggling to diet at all! I would 100% recommend this cook book to literally anyone. Amazing!!

I stumbled across Jalal on Instagram and found myself saving his videos to make later. Buying the cookbook was a no brainer. There's definitely a common theme in many of the recipes, but I don't need crazy stuff- I need simple, easy, protein-filled, and meals for days. I love it.
I want to thank you for your cookbooks and videos. I am a person who loves tasty food and also on a fitness journey. Those two often don't go hand in hand. But with your recipes I can create them ahead, freeze them and use as needed. It creates variety and calorie, macro friendly easy food options. And they taste amazing! Your bang bang chicken is off the chain!
I can’t say enough positive things about Jalal’s cookbook. I’ve tried many recipes that claim full of flavor and macro friendly but this one is legit. I’ve tried so many of these and my family loved all of them because you can’t go wrong with the flavors each one has! My fave is the cottage cheese pancakes. Pancake lover on a health kick here so a recipe that actually takes like pancakes without hefty calories is my number 1 go to. Plus the MANY other recipes, something sweet or savoury, snack or main meal. Have loved the cook books from the beginning!
